2月17日（日）の夜19:00～21:00に大阪駅近くでゲーム翻訳者／ローカライズ関係者中心の交流会を開催します。

An offline gathering of game translators and localizers, with around 35 to 45 expected participants.

– Date & Time : Sunday, February 17, 2019 19:00 – 21:00

– Venue : CANTE GRANDE Grand Front Osaka (CANTE GRANDE グランフロント大阪 北館1F)

– Cost : JPY 4,000 (the organizer will cover the Peatix fees)
Student ticket available: JPY 2,000
Mini-sponsor ticket: Opt for a JPY 6,000 ticket to help the organizer cover for Student participants.

– Cancellation policy : Please notify the organizer. Details here in English.

Cancellation fee of JPY 500 if you paid via convenience store or ATM payment.

– No need to print out your ticket, just let the organizer know when you arrive.

– We may be doing a pre-coffee part from around 18:00 in or near the same venue. If you arrive early, ask the staff for the evening party’s organizer.

・会費支払い後のキャンセル方法： こちら の手順に従って主催者にご連絡ください。

コンビニ・ATM払いでチケットを購入した場合は返金手数料が500円かかってしまいますのでご了承ください。

・当日はチケットを特にご印刷いただかなくても大丈夫です。会場到着時に幹事にお名前をお伝えください。

・当日は18:00頃から同じお店で0次会的なお茶会も開催することになると思います。早めに現着された方や、最初は少人数で話したい方は、お店をのぞいてみてください。
